Today was yet another great day. School went well. I left a bit early--at 1:15 actually--to go to the doctors and get another cast. The cast that they put on me after surgery was split, meaning they cut a line from the bottom to the top of the hard part of the cast in order to accommodate for swelling. But now, since the swelling has gone down, they put an extra hard layer over the split cast while pulling it together so the cast became tighter. Instead of black like I had for the past two weeks, I chose blue; I thought I'd change the color after being sick of staring at my leg covered in dark colors. I know it's pretty dumb to be excited about but I'm actually kind of jubilant for the change. I'm about to read Moby Dick and study for a math test tomorrow.
